Simply Divine!
A few years back I had the chance to sample 2 kinds of these salmon from Catsmo. Pastrami and the vodka dill. Very impressive. Went with the pastrami this time and it's just as I remembered. A true culinary experience.Would highly recommend for any party or occasions where the host/hostess wants to make a lasting impression.Just a small note.....the side of salmon pictured on Amazon is NOT the product you'll receive. You will receive a full 1lb portion. The side pictured is a full side and a larger portion.

Great texture , low salt.
Catsmo smoked salmon is "the joint", as they say. It has superb texture and just the right level of salt.
