After reading the astounding reviews, I decided to order this. Although I haven't achieved the results I wanted yet, the product does seem to be working. I have used the carbamide twice and the pen twice so far and my teeth are probably several shades lighter. Even though I don't have one of those shade gauges, I can tell they are a bit brighter.It is possible that part of the problem relates to the lack of concrete directions and the cheapness of the whitening trays. If you've used mouth-guards and such for sports, it's exactly the same. However, it's been many years since my high-school football haha. The trays are quite thick as some people have said, so if you have a small mouth it might be uncomfortable. Keeping the trays in for 30 minutes while it's difficult to swallow is challenging, but doable.My one question was about the "free" refill. They charge you 8 dollars shipping which is a bit ridiculous, but I was curious as to what you actually get because I couldn't find that anywhere. Surprisingly, it sheds the boiling water instantaneously and I'd say three seconds is the sweet spot. I did four both times and I felt like they were shriveling up too quickly. It'd be nice if the product came with one or two extra trays.If anyone has ordered the refill please comment and let me know if you can, thanks.

I like to use teeth whitening kits every now and then because I'm a huge coffee drinker and it's my way to keep my teeth white so that I don't have to get it done at the dentist's office. My favorite thing about this product is that you get free teeth whitening refills for life when you buy the kit, which makes this a money saver in my book! I also love that your teeth do become whiter after use, and I love that the company believes enough in their product that they offer money back if you don't see the results you are hoping for. I saw results pretty quickly, which was great because it had been a while since I last whitened my teeth so now I can smile without showing off my well loved coffee stains. I also love that this teeth whitening kit does not have weird smells like some others do! I am putting 4 stars out of 5 instead of 5 because the only thing I disliked was the packaging - it was wrapped in plastic and kind of thrown together, so it looked cheap and I was wary of trying it but glad I did not judge a book by its cover because packaging aside, this product gives me the results I want when I use a teeth whitening kit.

I don't know how the long-term results are so far or had to get the refills yet to experience how well the process goes, so I can't completely review everything yet. After some time, I will add more based on more extensive use. My teeth are not too bad, but enough after a past history of smoking and drinking dark sodas to be a little embarrassed and wish them to be whiter. I've tried some teeth whiteners in the past that worked a little, but so expensive to keep buying refills, I never stuck with it. Tried toothpaste too, but didn't really see much results from that. I heard you can mix baking soda and lemon juice and brush it on with a cotton swab, let it sit for 2 minutes, and then wash it off, but the lemon juice can corrode the enamel if leave on too long and kind of risky. It definitely works, but does it in 2 minutes because of the high acidity, so been a little afraid to try it. So, I am happy to keep trying this and see how it goes with the prospect of refills I don't have to keep paying like $25 each for or something. I like the concept of this and it is easy enough to use. I am happy with it so far.

I have tried the whitening kit for a few days now and can start to tell a difference in my teeth color. You start out heating the molds in boiling water and then placing them in your mouth to form to your teeth. I had to do this multiple times as the molds would either be too rigid or too flimsy and wouldn't take a good form. After that, you fill the molds with the solution, dry your teeth off and place into you mouth. This part is trial and error as I have placed too much and had my gums on fire and too little with no results. I'm still working on the optimal amount and the technique but it does appear to be working. It also states that you can trim your molds to help with getting them on your gums but I haven't had much success and it's not very easy unless your molds are perfect.I do like the brush as it can get the spots that you miss such as along the gum lines. Seems to be a quality product but you just have to use it correctly. I haven't checked out the free refills yet but will probably reorder once I've down to a half tube.

So I have had plenty of time to use this kit and really see results! Have used numerous forms of teeth whitening products in the past- so I know what works best and what does not. To truly lift stains from your teeth you are going to want to use this kit because it comes with the trays that you actually mold to your own teeth shape. It gets into every nook and cranny. I LOVED taht this kit came with the extra little gel pen, so you can touch up areas that you could miss or even use if you want to concentrate on particular teeth. I have not been able to take advantage of the "free refills" promo yet- but I intend to! That was one of the biggest selling points for me when deciding if I should give this kit a try or not. Since I now know that this gel is strong (but DID NOT irritate my gums AT ALL!) and was able to use it every day for a week- I am confident to help others with my review and encourage them to try this kit too! Great price, super product, 2 large size syringes on gel, extra gel brush pen & also comes with a handy tooth shade sheet- so you really can monitor the change! Within one week my teeth are a very natural, clean looking white. Could see results from the first time I used the trays tho. 2 thumbs up!
