This was recommended to me by a chef friend to use for pulled chicken thighs. Tastes great but would be good to include instructions on how much to use. First attempt was perfect, must have used too much the second time as it was way too salty.

I used this to make some jerky.. Added a little soy with it.. It was lovely... So much cheaper by far that buying all the shop bought stuff, and tastier too.. Spicy, but not hot. Very impressed by it. If you like jerky / biltong get this.. 5*

I tried the Smoky Pig BBQ Pork Rub on some pork chops and ribs, and it didn’t disappoint. The blend of spices is really well balanced not too salty, just the right smoky kick that made the meat taste amazing. I love that it’s 100% natural, so no weird additives or preservatives. The large jar is great value too, plenty of rub for lots of BBQ sessions. If you’re looking to add a proper smoky flavour to your pork or grill dishes, this rub is a great choice. My family loved it, and I’ll definitely be using it again for summer BBQs!

Why did you choose this product over others?: See other comments about bottle being open when delivered and so was my bottle all over the box it came in Saved about half of it !! Have tried it yet smells nice tho

Schmeckt gut

Lid was off inside the box,and contents had leaked out. Put in bin,as no option to return,and not safe to use.

Fairly nice spice

Excellent assaisonnement BBQ bio, avec une composition propre et un équilibre d’épices vraiment maîtrisé. Le goût est franc, légèrement fumé, bien salé sans excès, et surtout il sublime la viande sans jamais la masquer. Testé sur bœuf, porc et même sur des légumes grillés : résultat constant et délicieux. Il forme une belle croûte à la cuisson et parfume en profondeur, que ce soit au barbecue, à la poêle ou au four. Le fait qu’il soit bio fait clairement la différence : on sent la qualité des ingrédients, sans arrière-goût artificiel. Pas besoin d’en mettre beaucoup, il est efficace et élégant. Un rub polyvalent, sain et ultra fiable. Une valeur sûre que je rachèterai sans hésiter.
