While I don't like commenting on the efficacy of supplements, as we are all different, what I can say about this brand is that they are good quality in that they are well packaged and presented. I use other supplements from this brand and I have had no issues.

...is too big for the letterbox, so the package is left at the door, when the packet inside could easily be delivered through the letterbox. But it's a great supplement!

I got these for my skin and hair and I have only used it a few times to see if it helps. The taste isn't bad (just tastes like normal tablets). My complaint is that they "disintegrate" in my mouth before I can swallow. So I put the tablet in my mouth and by the time I take a sip of water to help me swallow the tablet, the tablet breaks apart. I am not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or what? I definitely don't enjoy this. The tablet leaves behind an almost gritty after taste for which I have to drink a glass to get rid of.

Been using these a while now,hair looks better,and nails are growing stronger, would recommend.
