Camera L Bracket Vertical Horizontal Switching Video Shooting Quick Release Plate with 1/4 Inch Screw Compatible with Canon Sony Nikon SLR DSLR Camera

Soooooo....ordered this and found some issues. The good....it seems pretty sturdy. Feels pretty good. Has some good weight to it and doesn't feel plastic-like. The bad...so i purchased this for my Sony a7iii and the bracket lines up well on the bottom but you need to have space on the right or left as one, it doesn't allow the tether cable to be attached without any space in between or the blocks the battery on the other side. Either way something is blocked if there isn't space allowed. The plate is also thin. Its made for 38mm and not for Manfrotto fluid heads. Didn't see this and so I guess that's on me. I think the biggest part is that it doesn't have enough screw holes . Had there been more than one I would have still been able to use it with another quick release plate. Sadly there is just one. SO if you have those small tripods with a small fluid head then this is for you. Good luck and peace out.

There are too many of these on the market that (in my opinion) are over priced. This was for my D7100 without the battery pack. works as great as hoped and expected. I have other Nikons that have battery packs which are not conducive to the use of this bracket. But for the smaller DSLR's and some point-n-shoots (Nikon P900) it's perfect. And I am an avid user of the Arca-Swiss mounts.

Strong, all metal construction. Can't beat the price. Fits great on Canon 90D, even leaving room for charging port door to open. (but not the audio jack input door without sliding the sidewall a few cm from camera). Only problem is there is a difference in the widths of each section of rail, which makes is difficult to fit on some of my Swiss mount stands. Admittedly, they all vary slightly too, but I would think this single unit would have equal widths for both axes. (see photos) long side = 39.5mm / Short Side varies 38-38.3mm. It's only a tad bit of difference but enough that i have to feed it into the mount when using the long side as it wont fit in top down. Just a heads up.

When I first recieved this it looked like junk. The union at the L was floppy. I intended to just return it but accidentally submitted for replacement. The replacement is great. Solid like it should be.Two features that should be added to improve the product are additional anti-slip screws and an allen wrench. There is only one anti-slip screw on each face. One on each end of both faces would be better. And though the screws are tight now - if they loosen in time, I have no tool without an additional purchase to try to fix it with.

It didn’t fit in Swiss arca quick release on Peak Design Travel Tripod. It fit in portrait mode but not I. Landscape. It works with my other tripod heads. But I bought it for this tripod specifically. You get what you pay for.Ended up buying Three Legged Thing L bracket which works fine. And is reasonably priced at $39.99.

Can confirm fits the following Nikon Cameras: F5, D2XS, D700, D810, D4.It may not fit snug and look like OEM but it works really good at what it is supposed to do. Probably going to buy 1 for each camera since it pretty inexpensive.

Good bang for the buck if you're on a budget. Finish isn't great. Toss the screw that comes with it and use something a little more robust.That being said, it fit my older rig very well, had enough adjustment to the left to let me access the battery door and have plenty of access to the shutter release and usb ports. It is of a two piece design, but fits well together and the screws holding it were very tight. The arca swiss rails are both true to size and are held firmly in the clamps I own. Recommended!

This works well with Sony A6000 series cameras. You have to loosen the bracket and move it over to get to the battery/memory slot. Not a big deal. The connecting screw is cheap. Other than that, a really good value.
