My watch strap is the 22mm in the Brown color. The strap was very soft out of the packaging and did not need a break in. Installation was a breeze with the quick release system. This is not a traditional "hard" leather strap, it is much more pliable and, therefore, more resistant to cracking but you will not be able to shine this like a dress watch leather. Keep in mind that this is not intended for that. This is more for a rugged look and it nails that perfectly on a pilot style watch. The brown color is beautiful in person and is starting to lighten up in certain places from wearing it consistently for a few weeks adding to the character of the strap. The soft leather along with no hard edges like some other leather straps make it comfortable around the wrist. The metal clasp is smooth all around so you do not have to worry about it gouging or scraping into the leather when putting it on or taking it off. Overall it's a great addition to any watch and can really bring some character to it.

I purchased the grey suede strap for $19 in November 2023. It comes in a very basic plastic bag with just the strap and no tools. Now if you're as into watches as I am, you probably have a ton of spring bar tools laying around so it's no problem, but I think it still would have been nice if Ritche included one for those who may not have one.The strap itself seems to be of great quality right out of the box. It is stamped genuine leather, but at this price point it's difficult to expect much more, and it seems thick enough that it'll hold up over time with proper care. The suede has a nice, soft texture as well.The buckle feels nice and sturdy, and is unbranded which is nice. The only branding is on the under side of the strap where it is not visible when worn. It appears to have drilled holes as well which should making changing the buckle a breeze as well.It comes with quick change spring bars which I highly appreciate, and they feel substantial in operation, giving you confidence that they're not going to fail easily.All in all, Ritche is a great budget watch strap choice, and likely sits at the top of the list for best "genuine leather" straps. If you want better than this, you'll have to pay a little more for top grain or full grain.

I decided to go with a slight change to one of my bronze watches. At first, I was somewhat hesitant to try to match the rose gold-tone buckle, but I gave it a shot anyway. I am glad that I did. The buckle tone blends very well with the bronze case, so that was a plus. The band is very soft in the inside, and did not take much time to break in. In some cases, it may take a few days of wearing a new band before it feels comfortable, but this one felt great on the first day.I did like the branding on the underside of the band; it gives it a little character--although, admittedly, no one else would know. It is just a little detail that I appreciate, because I always seem to notice it, whenever it is absent on something I buy. The band sports a decent thickness, so it does not have that flimsy feeling to it. The quick disconnect tabs are always a plus.All said, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to make a small change to their daily driver, or to bolster other watches with an extra accessory.

I've purchased several canvas and NATO straps from Ritche, so I felt very comfortable purchasing this leather strap. I am glad that I did. You can't go wrong for the price.The leather is very supple with a great vintage-looking finish. It is very comfortable and durable, holding up to sweat and strenuous activity so far.The buckle is very nicely done, with the pin fitting flatly on to the rest of the buckle. Many other straps at this price point (or more than twice as much) have pins that don't seat very well and it snags clothing or scratches my desk.Attaching this to your watch is a breeze. The quick release spring bars make the installation take less than 30 seconds with no tools. As well, they are very secure - I've not had one come out yet, and I'm not gentle on my watches.To summarize: This is a fantastic watch strap and you should just order it already.

Wore it for about 2 weeks now to give a proper opinion- When I received it the bottom strap wouldn’t fit, no reply from manufacturer so I had to shave down a bit of the suede for it to fit perfectly- Build quality isn’t bad, butter soft suede and keeps shape, nice brushed buckle-Light grey is pointless to buy, absolute dirt magnet. After a few casual wears it looks super worn and dirty.Not worth your time in all honesty but not unwearable

Package was missing its buckle-side strap. Manufacturer's packaging defect? Item was sold as "set" despite missing an entire strap. Beyond disappointed it shipped without any reasonable quality control.
