I wanted to like this stuff, but can't. But, to be fair, I will start with the positive side. It goes on nicely. Goes on smooth and even a little bit cooling feeling. It doesn't scrape your underarm like some natural deodorants do.The negative: The smell is awful. It smells nothing like vanilla. Many who like vanilla scent may be drawn to try this deodorant. But they will be great disappointed, like I was. It smells like, as someone else described, a mixture of mosquito spray and some baby powder that has gone funky smelling, musty.The worst negative: it caused my underarms to turn red, itchy, and sore. It even caused the top layer of my underarm skin to start peeling and sloughing off. Kinda scary. Usually, for me, only the natural deodrants that contain baking soda do that to me, so it's a bit puzzling. Second worst negative: it makes your sweat smell like a roasted turkey that has fermented for days. It makes your sweat smell worse than normal 12-hour sweat without deodorant. It's just putrid.This stuff needs a lot of work, and I'm very disappointed due to the price. I'm on the search once again for a natural deodorant that works, doesn't inflame my skin, and has a decent price. They seem to be getting harder to find these days.

I used this a long time ago and recently wanted to switch back to a more natural deodorant. This does the trick! It lasts a full 24 hours. It is not for 100 degree weather, but fall, spring, and winter it works great. It smells really nice but not overpowering at all. It goes on smoothly. This is a great price, almost equal to brand website, with free shipping from Amazon. Great buy.

I don’t know what these other reviews are talking, about unless they’re applying this deodorant multiple times a day. It smelled like I had no deodorant at all by 5pm, only physical activity I did was a 10 minute walk (not even hot out). I really had high hopes based on reviews, hope someone else sees this and finds it helpful!

Clearly the makers of this product have zero clue what lemon flavor smells like! If you would like to gag people with a mix between the dollar store candle section and a teenaged boy who swam in axe spray, then this noxious deodorant is for you. Seriously, don't waste the money. Extremely disappointed.

I usually buy at Target but this two pack saved a couple bucks. Works better for me than any of the other scents/formulas and better than any other natural deodorant I’ve tried. And I live in Phoenix, AZ.
