Performed ok compared to other Arginine products I have used. I especially liked to use it around 30 minutes before cardio. Its a very fine powder, dissolved well, and did not clump up like some others do over time.Personally I found it too sweet. I know others want their supplements to taste good but I'm concerned about things being sweetened just to make them palatable.Other than that It's expensive. Half of the number of servings I was getting from another (discontinued) product for a similar price. I'm going to try something else.It's odd that in this particular product segment, I have seen a couple of good products come and go. Dont know why.

I've ordered this dozens of times. But they keep raising the price. $60? I'm sorry. I'm bummed because I love it. Also, not a fan of the lack of details of the ingredient breakdown in the "proprietary blend". How much beets? Other ingredients in the 7.65 grams? Truth and full disclosure in labeling.

Mornings are challenging for me, coffee is a temporary pick me up!When my dietitian prescribes M3, at first I wasn't really into it, another morning "potion" nah!!Glad I changed my mind, this is simply AMAZING! including easing on my joints pain, great and refreshing taste, (instead of my glass of water with lemon), boosting my energy, replacing a lot of my vitamines morning intake as well.I keep on re-ordering! because it works!Give it a whirl!

Good product for mild morning pick-me-up. Not a big jolt of energy like some pre-workouts but that's not what I always want. Hard to say if there is a NO boost. Flavor is good but not very strong so either have to use less water or add something like Propel to make it taste better which i dont mind. All in all i would use it again.

I had gastric bypass surgery, to loose weight and I need to take a lot of supplements because of it and this product helps me a lot.
