Wasabi Power Battery for Leica BP-DC7, BP-DC7-E, BP-DC7-U, BP-DC-U, BP-DC and Leica V-Lux 20, V-Lux 30, V-Lux 40

The battery is for my camera it has performed very well

I was offered a V Lux 30 from the Leica store..The price was $80.00 I purchased from Amazon a Wasabi battery that was just as good, worked just as wel for $30.00 so I tryed it..Great purchase..

Not as powerful as stated, did not hold charge

I rate this battery at the lowest rating as the battery does not last much more than an hour. I was on a trip to a place I had never been. Within a short amount of time after arriving, the battery died while in the middle of making a photograph. I was unable to make any more photos until I could get back to the place I was staying to re-charge the battery. My back up battery had already died. Very disappointing.

Always one feels uneasy about the generic brand of the brand-name product.But this Wasabi battery for Leica V Lux 30 gave me total satisfaction.

Need a spare battery for my camera--it works well
