EPOS EXPAND SP 30

I bought EPOS Enterprise Expand SP 30 Portable Bluetooth Speakerphone through Deal Targets. The Bluetooth connection did not work right from the start. Deal Targets refused to accept my claim. They send me a manual with instructions how to establish Bluetooth connection. When this did not resolve the problem, Deal Targets stopped returning my emails. I am stuck with the device that does not work as described on Amazon web page.
