Q: I just want something to cover ugly underneath of board showing on door. Is that what this does? It’s not for top of board, right?

This is the cover on top of the board against the door

Q: Looking for a cover that allows material to easily slide. Current cover grabs everything and makes ironing take longer. Will this cover fix that?

I don't have any problems with sticking. I likde the cover.

Q: Where are the grommets located?

Two grommet are at he base of the pad, one on each side along with a string tie.

This is the pad cover only - you must already have the fold-down ironing board. The quality of the cover is very good.
