I think it's a really great product, but it is made poorly
I think it's a really great product, but it is made poorly.. Both grips had broken hinges out of the box... Added some glue and has been working good.. Just wondering how long they will last.. Would have gave this product a 5 star if was made with better material

Advanced, not for carpets, DVD...really?
This system is overall very impressive and has a very high utility for someone who is on the advanced level of fitness and need a simple exercise system to focus the muscle groups over whole body.- The wheel system definitely makes it much more challenging than what I anticipated.- Lightweight, easy to carry, and has a cool carrybag and knee mat.- For someone living in a carpeted house or apartment, this system will not work, unless you find a laminate or wooden floor. This is made for hard surfaces only.- The DVD instruction video is good, but is a real pain to use, since it limits the usability of system. You need to have a DVD player and a TV, which you really can't carry with you unlike this lightweight system. I really wish they had provided some instruction set of full workout videos on an App or Youtube to make it much more useful.- Product quality is good and is a good value for money, since you can target whole body workout and take it to an advanced level. If you had a pull up bar and you are kinda done with it....this is the next system to go for.The DVD issue is the only big reason for 3 stars and not 5.It seriously limits the portability of this system.

A different kind of workout, but bulky & expensive
Here are what I see as the pros and cons of this system:Pros1. Seem sturdy and well-made; they've held up for a few months now (not sure about long-term yet)2. Give you an intense workout!3. I like the versatility of using the disks on my hands, knees, or feet4. The included bag is sturdy & a nice touchCons1. NOT for beginners; the injury potential with these is high - it's easy to lose body control with the rollers2. Not for use on carpet; also, you need a hard flooring that you're not afraid to scratch up3. Not sure about the long-term durability of the plastic rollers4. The included mat is thin & not very cushioning5. Expensive, for what they are

strong, sturdy, and a good workout
These are nice for all sorts of exercises. I do weight lifting at home so these are a nice addition to my routine. I found them to be well made, strong, and solid for doing the variety of exercises shown on the video. The bag that comes with them is nice but these bad boys are pretty big so they are a snug fit in the bag. Still I like the little sling-back bag and intend to use it for a carry-on when I travel rather than to store these things. It has a nice little outside pocket to put your phone, I.D., and boarding pass in - very convenient! ah..but I digress...I would have preferred that this "system" came with a poster or booklet for the exercises rather than the 12 minute DVD video. Seriously, I'm a skimmer and I hate when I am forced to sit and watch a video just to figure out how to do something. Just let me read it so I can skim to the parts that are relevant for me.As other users have pointed out, these don't work too well on carpet, but they do work a bit there. I'm in a small apartment with no real non-carpeted space except my tiny kitchen or bathrooms. so I don't get the use out of this system as I should. Still, I'll be moving in a few months and hope to put these to better use in my new place. Until then I will keep using them as I can. They've been great so far with the few exercises I have done with them.

Extreme indeed! Not for beginners
True to its name, this exercise system provides an extreme workout. They are a set of push up handles with free-rolling casters underneath and the strength required to use them is intense. I can do a set of 30 pushups easily and have good upper body strength, but these rollers are really really difficult. You have to maintain muscle control on the way up and down and provides an excellent core workout as well. Even doing 5 is a big effort for me. Because the casters do not have a limiting mechanism, they roll in all directions. Like any exercise equipment, you should be well informed of safety precautions. Make sure to watch the video before using.Build-quality wise, the construction is OK. The plastic doesn't feel super premium. The wheels are made of a hard plastic instead of rubber. They require a smooth, solid surface. Because my floors are wood veneer, I'm afraid of scratching them up with the hard plastic wheels and won't be using this at home. Fortunately, the product is light enough to carry to the gym and comes with a carrying bag. I have a gym in my condo, so I don't have far to go.This system is very strenuous and definitely not for beginners. If you're looking for something with a bit more control, there's the Push-Up Pump , or a railed pushup system like Perfect Fitness Rip Deck .

Functional but better options are available
I have tried many exercise systems like this, and this is among the least user friendly. Aside from feeling like the cheap knockoff of a better system (which it might be for all I know), it was difficult to use. It is obviously intended to be difficult, that is what a workout IS after all, but this system just seemed difficult to operate properly. I have several push-up 'systems', and this is the one I like least. The plastic seems cheap and bulky, like it is built as a "My First Exercise Kit" made for kids or something. The rollers do not roll smoothly, and the covers for the rollers which allow it to be used similar to "The Perfect Pushup" are hard to remove and even harder to get them to stay on again once you do get them off and try to put them back.Overall, I am vastly disapointed in this product. Though the storage bag and knee pad are nice.
