1. The batteries were below 3.0 Volt 2. After changing the batteries with brand new ones, the unit did not work as described in the manual. 3. Following the instructions got me nowhere. 4. After spending days scouring the web and others for help, I simply returned these.

The unit worked perfectly out of the box. Instructions were included on how to pair it to the garage door opener.

Not working a year later
Ordered October 2018, as of November 12, 2019 it’s no longer working. I’ll try replacing the batteries, but I thought they’d last more than a year in this remote.
