Rv bathtub was leaking, now it's not!
This worked great for repairing the bathtub in our rv. It's not pretty but it works! I knew that from reading other reviews. Since we are planning to replace the tub and shower surround at the end of the season anyway I figured I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did.

Saved my canoe trip
We hit a rock with the Kevlar canoe and sprung a leak. Thankfully a forum recommended these a few years ago. This patch sealed it right up. It took longer to dry (12 hours) because it was 58f outside. Canoe was repaired by the next day and our trip was saved. Couldn't be happier.

might work in certain situations
we had a slow leak and tried to fix it with putty. didnt hold. thought we could do the Patch to fix up the remainder of the leak. we read the directions, mixed the two (not sure if we mixed for too long- not sure how warm it was supposed to get), and once we got it on it was almost hardened. we couldnt get any extra mixture out of the package. it dried on the pipe almost immediately. and it maybe fixed the leak for 5 seconds or so, then we could see water bubbling up inside it. it never adhered itself to the pipe all the way around (ours was cast iron to PVC). turns out that in our case we had to forego the $700 to fix the leak professionally. this would never have worked as a long term solution. (also our pipe was drain from second floor, we had to access from below on 1st floor- the leak was inside a closet).we do have another small crack in a pipe in the basement that we might try this again, as that leak isnt really harming anything. will review again if it works for that one. the cost to me was worth it for a try if it did work, but that was not the case for us.

didn't notice the hole in tub during inspection
This did the job. Does what it says it'll do. Pretty quick shipping and cost less on Amazon then at the hardware store.
