I love this book. If you need reference colors of the 40's, 50's ...it's a good reference and it has some great looking fabrics.

I bought this book because of the positve reviews it had on amazon. Unfortunately I do not agree with those reviews. The book is mostly devoted to flowers with only a few pages of abstract designs. They must have thought they were being clever with ascewing the photo's of the prints in each page in a oval or retangle, would have been better if they had just squarely placed them on the page. They also didn't bother to even steam or press the fabrics for the photo's. This book seems as though it had been put together in the 70's not in 1999. I'm returning it and hoping to find a better book with more examples of futuristic patterns.
