Works Intermittently
Bought this not too long ago and got it programmed about a month and a half ago and it worked amazing at the beginning but now it is working intermittently. sometimes it takes multiple button presses for it to unlock or start the vehicle (x2 for remote start).Just to add that the customer support team dealt with my issue promptly! Thank you very much!!!

Je l'ai fait programmer chez mon concessionnaire et refait la clé chez un serrurier pour débarrer la porte elle fonctionne parfaitement bien. très satisfait

worked with my RAM 1500 using alfaOBD software to program
used alfaOBD software and programmed the key to work with my truckthe slot the metal key slides into is not quite right for fitting the factory key into but other than that it works well

took to dealer to program ($ 90. Can. to program ) everything programed great on for my 2018 Ram 1500 . still better than the over $ 200.
