Was fairly straightforward if you have installed any decal ever, can be tricky on not so flat surfaces just take ur time and heat gun helps with the adhesion! Have help will make it easier

Several things to know before you buy:1. Do not buy this and waste your money if you have NEVER Worked with professional Vinyl or Very large pieces before. You will wind up being frustrated and disappointed.2. Do not install in direct sunlight3. take your time, this vinyl will stretch and shrink so you have flexibility.4.have help. its big.We ordered this for my father-in-law and took about hour to do start to finish. low heat on the con-vexed areas and some repositioning here and there it turned out all right. I thought the smaller bubbles would have melted away by now though as they do on my other wraps but I don't think that this vinyl has the release feature. So when the weather warms back up we will address the little guys. They are not bad or many, but enough to make me want to address them. Aside from that, it all came out OK. I say that as the Passenger side fell 1/4" at the end which on a piece this big makes a difference. So it is a tiny uneven. I noticed it but My father-in-lay didn't. SShhhhh!

The instructions say to put water on both the decal and the truck if you are doing a tail gait DO NOT PUT WATER ON THE TRUCK, you need very little water on the decal otherwise it will take an hour to put on even with multiple people. Very pretty but directions are not very good

The newer superduty has a lot going on with tailgate, indentations all over, sunken superduty, logo, latch, sunken lines etc. I've worked with lots of logos and tinted windows etc this was very challenging. The tailgate is so busy with obstacles no matter what I did, heat gun etc, there are creased lines on edges on indents and bubbles created between indentations from the install that had to be punctured and flattened, but would not flatten out completly. Even then install looks good driving by but not so good up close. Not what you want on $60k truck. I think on a flat gate with less obstacles it would be great. I'm going to pull it off. I love the product. Can you send me a new one so I can put it on the back window instead?

Works perfectly

This is a 2022 Ram 4x4 in Garnet Crystal Gray. I wanted the subdued look so I ordered the black depressed look. I like the look and took the time to apply this flag without bubbles or wrinkles. It has been through several tunnel wishes without any problems of peeling or non-application. Great product and good applicator and included knife.

Decal looked awesome but when I installed it some of the corners of the stars ripped as I was slowly pulling off the backing. I applied heat and gave everything a good press before hand. I’ve installed decals on all my vehicles from windows to body and I never had any problems. It felt very thin and I would say that maybe that could have contributed to the few tears but not too sure. I even tried to deal with it and tried to destress where the tears where but after the 3rd one tore I just ripped it off. I did have help applying decal BTW! I gave it 2 stars because it looked awesome… Maybe they will send me a new one to replace it and I’ll give it another try and hopefully change this review as I really like this decal
