Reusable Carrying Bag Made From Jute Fiber-union Jack (British Flag) Decor

This bag would be darling if it had some longer straps as well as short straps. I'm having the hardest time getting straps, preferably burlap ...put on and I live in New York City. I wanted a u.s. flag first, but unfortunately Amazon was out of them.
