Liked it in the beginning....
I'm really loving the Kuffie. We've been using it every day since we received it and there are little to no grounds in the liquid coffee and the mouthfeel with the coffee oils is great. I think it made our coffee taste better.****UPDATE**** After about three or four months continual use, the filter is too slow for making coffee. I think the coffee particles get caked between the two and no amount of watching can clean it out or perhaps the holes are distorted after time and doesn't let the water through...I can't really tell since I don't see anything wrong with it. In the beginning running water from the outside to the inside as a final rinse during cleaning helped but after awhile that didn't work either. Now since the water runs so slowly through the filter it now makes terrible coffee. Unfortunately, it was back to paper filters for us.

It's ok. I was hoping that the double filtering ...
It's ok. I was hoping that the double filtering process would slow the flow of the water to create a richer cup of coffee, but the water flows through too quickly and I'm left with a weak cup. I'm sure you could add lots more coffee, but that's sort of wasteful. I'll probably use it now and then but it won't replace the drip coffee maker, and I'll use the French press before I'll use this one.

I'll keep trying
I have yet to make a really good cup of coffee with this. All the directions I can find for using one of these are so complicated! No simple "x" tbsp per "y" ounces of 200*F water, slowly poured. Nope. Have to have coffee before attempting to make coffee with this.Design and structure is good except that the base doesn't have a good lip to keep it from sliding on the mug. Nice and fine strainer and seemingly sturdy construction though.

Clogs easily
I have attempted to use this a couple time and it seems to clog up very quickly. Then it takes forever for the liquid to flow through the screen. Good concept. It just doesn't work very well.

Pour over coffee at its best!
If you enjoy your coffee fresh then pour over is the only way to go! These are stainless steel, extremely well made and work perfectly. You can use either with or without a paper filter but I use a paper filter for easier cleanup.
