Great. May he the best.
Had others. Ordered new ones that I sent back quickly. Were cheaper but not by much. Paid full price for the wusthoff. And yes indeed. This stuff is just a joy. The speed of prep is something I heard of and never experienced. But it is very true. Actually. It’s fun. If not in budget? Wait until it is. Or may be a sale price sometime. From where I stand: all good.

Sharp and right length
Sharp out of the box. Nice length for carving a turkey or roast beef. Fork gives you good control of what you're carving.

Great Fathers Day Gift
My dad loves to cook, and this set was just the perfect addition to his collection. He loves the way this knife glides through each cut. Great tool for cutting fatty meats or just having clean cuts for any meats/veggies
