Great sound and decent battery life of 10 hours sounds like the person speaking is in the room with you but do NOT LIKE THE CHARGING PORT PLACEMENT,it in the part up against the skin where natural skin oils etc behind the ear and both have to charge on separate lines to separate ports of a charging unit only comes with 1 cord for charging do like it frees up the bulky headphones feel very lightweight. NOT FOR HEARING AID USERS!!!

I'm not going to show the condition of the outer box because that was on Amazon and UPS responsibility.What I will discuss is the condition of the product box, which was terrible. It look like they played soccer with the box. See pictures above.Now, the USB does not fit the charger. See picture. The product is very cheap and poorly made. I can't even charge the ear pieces to know if they work properly. Horrible!!!The audio is terrible and one of the ear pieces doesn't work. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

You have to charge them separately and they don’t have a case to put them in when you’re not using them, the fall of your ear easily but all in all their good

I need something I can have on at work so my phone notifications, timers, calls, etc don't bother others but I still need to be able to hear the customers and have normal conversation. These are pretty close to ideal for that. It's not the best quality for music or high-end use, but it's good enough for practical use. There are a few things I didn't like though.......It uses micro-USB to charge. Everything else I have has moved on to USB-C and I was hoping this would be also, but it's not. A minor issue, but annoying.The left and right ear pieces both need to be charged separately. The box does not include a charger and only has one USB cable (8"). It should have come with two, or maybe one with a Y-junction if such a thing even exists, or a way to link the two and charge them together. So I'm going to have to find a second cable (and tie up two USB ports instead of just one)The "instruction" booklet is phenomenally hard to understand and gave me a very wrong idea about how to set them up. Fortunately they were actually pretty easy to set up, just turn them on (middle buttons on each) and it's pretty automatic from there. The booklet made me think I was going to have to get them to pair with each other and then with the phone but it does it for you.There is some kind of pairing issue though. They frequently lose their connection and I hear "pairing…connected" taking about 3 seconds to re-establish. This happens several times a day (maybe 3 or 4 over an 8 hour shift). Again, it's a minor thing really, but still a thing.They fit me really well. I have a large head (7.5 hat size) and ears that match, so most ear-loops end up being too small or not lining up well for me. But these fit almost perfectly and are fairly hard to see. So that's a good thing. They aren't a good enough fit to sleep in, but I don't need that anyway.I've only had them a couple days now so I can't vouch for durability, but assuming they are ok on that front then I'll be very happy with them overall.

They are loud, can hear over most factory machines. Comfort is 50/50 wouldn’t wear with glasses or fall asleep with them on. One somehow changed language to what I’m not sure, but I don’t know how to change it back. Super easy to clean and discreet. My money well spent!

Not even the directions are well translated. It pairs just like any other blue tooth device, but in all other aspects, this is decidedly inferior quality stuff. The design allows only left OR right ear function, not both ears simultaneously. The sound quality is a joke; thin and "tinny" no base or volume at all. Ergonomics is a concept that apparently does not translate into Chinese well. The whole premise of this product us wrong. Yes, there is sound yransmission through the mastoid process, but it is secondary to transmission received through the auditory canal and vibration of the tympanic membrane. To attempt to circumvent the inherent design of the ear is nonsense. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I liked that it fit around the ears. But it was uncomfortable to me after a while . The earpiece is adjustable but it is very soft rubbery material and doesn't fit snug in ear. That piece also comes off too easy. Charging is ok but the charge doesn't last too long.The sound is ok and the rest of the earpiece is durable. Overall performance id give 2 out of 10.I wouldn't recommend these for long term use

I was a little skeptical when I 1st bought them but I can't stand the air pieces that go inside of my ear cause it causes my ears to hurt and it doesn't matter what size I'd use so I decided to throw cautions of the wind and buy the product needless to say it is perfect I love it it's comfortable it's a little bigger than expected but that's perfectly fine I can hear my phone conversations fine and my music or whatever I'm playing on my phone I let own I love this product and I will never go back to any other headsets except for this
