We purchased this mirror for our newly remodeled master bathroom. We really like the mirror's shape, and the frame is just what we were looking for. The glass (or the mirror) are suspect. There were two small nicks in the silver. Hard to see at first, but we noticed them after the mirror was installed by our contractor. Not knowing if the problem would get bigger, we contacted Amazon and they sent us another one. Guess what? Same issue!! We contacted the company and they wanted pictures, order number, and other specifics. Their only solution was to refer us back to Amazon for returns. After realizing that if we returned both mirrors, our contractor would have to seal the holes in the newly painted walls, and repaint. We were pretty disappointed with the customer service of this company. We are keeping the first mirror that is already hung and keep our fingers crossed that the silver portion of the mirror doesn't deteriorate. This is one of the problems of purchasing items online. Amazon is great, but when dealing with foreign companies you always are taking a gambleAs an addendum, the mirror company has reached out to us to help to make things right. They offeredus a rebate on the purchase of the mirror, and since the flaw was minimal, we accepted their offer. Also,the product has a guarantee with it, so we can contact the company if there is any further problem.

Unfortunately these were purchased on 2/23 but installation wasn t until 5/23 for the last one which has two marks that appear I think it is defective silvering finish to mirror. Check the product as soon as it arrives

The media could not be loaded.  This mirror is great! I purchased the 24x36 Black Rectangular (rounded corners) Bathroom Mirror to update our bathroom with a more modern look. It was well packaged with no damage to the glass and included all necessary hardware. The mirror material is very good (no strange warping happening) and the metal framing feels very heavy-duty with some good weight to it. The back of the mirror has 4 mounting holes: 2 to hang horizontally and 2 to hang vertically. Once hung, the mirror feels very secure and looks great! There was one minor imperfection on the glass, but it's not super noticeable. Definitely recommend.

The black finish is great. The mirror itself is crystal clear and the hanging points are well made. I will buy another one in the near future.

Update: The sellers reached out to me to offer half of the value (less the coupon value) refund. I accepted as I wasn't going to bother sending this huge thing back anyway. I still wouldn't buy it again but I am happy they cared to reach out to improve the situation. If I had sent it back they would be out a lot more money for the now damaged product. If they had sent a replacement I would have raised the stars as they requested but since they only worked with me on it I am stating that they did do something, it just didn't improve the product and people should know. I have added one star for their efforts.Original post:I would not buy this mirror again and would ship it back but the packing and size would make it a pain.There is a flaw in the mounting that leaves it open to scratch the mirror if your screw protrudes at all. Luckily I didn't have them out enough that the pressure would break the mirror but I could see that happening too.A simple fix for the scratching could have been a sticker. Anything to prevent the flush mount screw from rubbing the mirror backing material. Now the reflective surface is compromised and we have two rub marks that we can't get rid of.

Like the simple sturdy design. Exactly what we needed. A little difficult to install. Needed better wall anchors and not much forgiveness on mount measurements. Would have been 5 star except for installation difficulties.

This mirror is so substantial and it looks great! My only regret is not buying a bigger one since covers a wide vanity. It’s great though and I like it despite its size!

So far, I am happy with this mirror. It has the look I was hoping for. As another reviewer said, it is heavy so based on where you are hanging this, you may need assistance. My only concern so far is with potential quality issues. As I used painters tape across the back of the mirror to accomplish the hanging “trick” found online, the paint from the backside of the mirror pulled right off with the painters tape. Hoping that’s not a sign to come for the overall functionality of the mirror.
