I'm quite disappointed with it, and I'm returning it to Amazon unused. The most significant complaint I have is that the case merely hangs on to the back of the S7 with a couple or reach-around tabs and the USB charging plug, rendering VERY little protection to bumps on the corners of the device, which are MUCH more likely to impact the tile floor first when dropped. I suspect that the charge backup function of the device is quite useful and would work fine, but the lack of protection is a deal-killer for me. Plus, the surface of the device feels velvety-smooth, but isn't very "grippy" at all, so the likelihood of dropping it is quite a bit greater.

The case arrived on time and fits well. However, I was surprised to realize that when the wall charger plugs into the case and then to the phone, it reduces the charging speed immensely. In fact, so much so that I don't use the case anymore. The phone's technology allows it to charge in roughly an hour or so. It takes hours and hours charging through the case. I'm never away from a charger for more than a few hours and 20 min of charging makes a huge difference, so this handy conceptionally superior case is more trouble than it's worth.

It doesn't protect the edge of the phone at all.the case is really handy but it stopped charging the phone properly after a few months. I had to charge them both separately.

This is the best purchase I've made as a phone accessory. It doubles as a phone protector too. Really easy to use, and charges vey well. Also, it can charge my phone more than once without recharging the case.

I purchased this last year and have used the extra capacity infrequently. Recently the battery pack has developed a bulge or dome shape underneath my phone. I no longer use this battery pack. It was great prior to this.

It takes over 24 hours to get a full charge... not so convenient when its dead and you need to get going for a long day out,charges my s7 fine but the battery pack itself takes more than one day to recharge plus it doesn't work with fast-charging

It works very well for the price is very good price and it will also charge my phone almost 4 full times
