UPDATED - Great Customer Service!!
Updated Review, 4 Stars: I posted my original review and within 24 hours I was contacted by Sanstousa. They were concerned that I had received a package that may have sat around a distribution center for a while before my purchase, they asked permission to send me a replacement set directly from them. I of course agreed and said that I would update my review if I was happy with them, they said while that would be great it wasn't necessary - this was about Customer Service for them. Already they had my heart - Customer Service is almost as dead as chivalry, so just the effort meant a lot to me. NOW, I received the markers today and there IS an obvious difference in them. The tips aren't as hard and there's far more ink in the pens. In fact, even the packaging is different! Different color, different wording - all of which supports their concern that the original set had sat around too long before purchase. I would make these 5 STARS but for the narrow tips, great for detail work but makes larger area work a PITA. But for $15 & 120 markers - you really can't beat these. If you happen to receive a set with some dry tips & uneven ink from pen to pen - CONTACT THE COMPANY. It clearly matters to them that you get a good product.Original Review, 2 Stars:Since they're inexpensive, it could be far worse for the number of markers you get. But the saturation of ink is different from pen to pen. Some color easily with bright colors & some are semi-dry that color poorly. In all of them the hard narrow tip will easily tear your paper if you go over it more than once or in a different direction. All in all, for $15 it's not awful but you can do better for not a lot more.

Cheaply made, but cheap to buy! Good selection of colors!! UPDATED!!! Replaced with watercolor pencils that I love!
Oh boy!! 120 markers! The colors are great, the pens??? Not so much! They are like those cheap ones you get at the dollar store! I almost returned them as a few do not work, but the rest were ok and I do really like the color selection! For fifteen cents a pen, I thought why return them? They are not smooth, but they are small enough to get to where I wanted them to go! Would I buy them again? Maybe! UPDATE!! Yesterday Saturday, July 2, I received a phone call regarding my review! They offered to send a replacement and I accepted! No cost to me! IF my opinion changes, I will give it more stars! I was impressed that they even read this review! So I do give customer service an A for calling! Stay tuned! I received said replacement! As great as the customer service was, I still stand by my original review! They are cheaply made, rough, go on splotchy and some have no co!or! Thanks for trying, but I can't give more than three stars! Maybe between the two boxes, I will have 120 that work! But not on regular paper! Use card stock! Since I wasn't happy with these markers, I was sent a 72 piece set of water color pencils! I'm happy with them! They're not Derwent, or Staetdler quality, but there is a great variety of colors and they work well! Soft for watercolor and also you can use with out water, but they are not as bright! Thanks for having great customer service!

A good product with a great price!
My grandkids love the size. There is always enough pens to go around. The younger kids are apt to push a little hard & the tip can fray. It became split into three or four fragments that the children use as a "paintbrush" and seem very satisfied with their results. I expect eventually there will be more frayed tips. The nice thing is that several kids together can use this & everybody can be using green at the same time. They don't seem to care much about what green they're using yet. They are just happy that everyone has any color they decide upon. The only color I find in very limited number is purple. There are maybe 3 purple tints included in set. That seems strange for such a large set. Even a box of 64 Crayola crayons has more purples. But the kids don't notice the lack of purple. What is lacking in violet is more than made up for in the variety of reds, pinks, blues, greens, oranges, yellows & even browns & greys. Overall serves the purpose I wanted. I wanted a big set of fine-tip markers with enough colors to end fighting over who gets to use red, or blue or green etc first & for how long. I also wanted something inexpensive enough so that if someone forgets to replace a cap you may loose the pen, but not necessarily the color. Although the kids get better & better about caps & being careful with their pens, they are still children. This set is great for my purposes! There's the ability to do some cool shading in some colors where the tints are so sundry, like pink, green, etc. The price is great & the product is sufficiently durable.

Goid for adult coloring but not perfect
I bought these from waynes commerce. They have really quick delivery. As for the markers here are the pros and consPros 120 colors, no duplicates, good price, and even after much coloring the tip maintains its fine tip point and you can still write just as detailed. Also, they come in a very sturdy cardboard bix abd the markers have alot of ink in them.Cons as with all washable water based markers, the strokes are easily visible on a large area and even on thick paper which is what adult coloring books are made of, the matkers sometimes meed the litthe piece of paper threads cleaned off them as the paper pills.I noticed someone saidthey bleed through to the other side. I use white paper behind for protection and have noticed no bleeding. If something is printed on the ither side between both sides being soaked with water based markers only then can i see it hspoening. If you use just one side of the paper just put a blank sheet below to play it safe and you will be fine. While i am going to try the alcohol markers for coloring i will definitely use these for my various writing uses. They are fun!
