This product should be illegal for false advertising. There is no way this product does anything it advertises. The positive reviews were from people that received the product for free or "a discounted price". This collar broke in less than 24 hours. We had to tape it on to keep it on the strap. It DOES NOT go 800 yards. That is actually impossible with the size of the internal antenna in the remote. It wouldn't work from a foot away most of the time. It DOES NOT last 7 days for a charge. Less than one day was normal. Even if you don't use it. It loses synch sometimes after a few minutes. You try to re-synch it and the collar dies. The instructions are written so poorly some of the sentences don't even make sense. Whomever they had translate it from whatever language they did a horrible job. They are completely unusable. Page 4 "The sensitivity of the vibration transferred to the maximum, and then gently frict 'test' to test the vibration." What does that mean?????The product literally does nothing that is advertised.

We returned only because it was not what we were wanting. Rarely did we have remote on us when it was needed. Not a fan of the shock either.

I purchased this caller to aid me in the training of my big, stubborn Saint Bernard. I've tried many other options and tactics before even considering a tool like this. I have gone through obedience sessions, dog whistles, sprays and about every other tactic under the Sun. Nothing worked, until now! I'm very happy to say that this collar has ended up being the answer to my prayers!The collar comes in two pieces, charging both the receiver and the remote,After charging, it can even work up to seven days, it makes me feel very surprised you just thread the strap through the holes on the box. Position the assembled collar so that the box is directly against the front of the dogs throat, not off to the side. The remote has four settings or modes on it. Vibration mode, Beep mode, Automation(anti-bark) mode.. The static shock. Please do not say anything when it is set at The highest level! I learned the hard way and still feel terrible, much just say that at this setting my 90 pound dog literally hit the floor. After that incident the setting has never gone over 4 level, that's more than enough power to get your point across.After using this collar only for a few days, there has been a huge improvement in his barking and behavior. He is finally at the point that if he sees me pick up the remote, he just stops what he's doing immediately. Thank you for providing the help I needed with my training!Now I like to tune into automatic mode, my dog has to develop good habits,I do not need all the time to watch it all the time when using the automatic mode, it makes me feel very convenient.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion and review

Please note that this is not waterproof as stated. My dog swam with it on one time and it quit working. The receiver is not attached to the collar very well. The receiver kept coming loose the short time I used it. The return of it was easy, so one star for that.

This product did not have the range as advertised. It was very inconsistent. It also only works by remote, it does not work as a bark collar.

Arrived with the plug broken... Was never able to charge it. Terrible worthless instructions. Super crappy. Very sad. I was hoping it would work.
