I have naturally curly hair and love most chi products. I used this on my hair and it has never been more dry. It feels so stripped of mixture and it’s straw like. I had my husband use in his hair to make sure it wasn’t just me, same results for him. I’ll be returning the product. Perhaps I received an old batch? This is a horrible product & v05 would be a better product to use than this line.
