So I have the S23, now S24 Ultra and both phones, big as they are, fit fine in this. The only downside is, you might need to remove your phone case if you have a bulky one. I'm pretty sure the otterbox will not fit in this on a S21, 23, or 24 Ultra.That being said, once you remove the phone case and install the phone in this thing, it holds nicely. I don't have any issues with it really. If you need something for your photo booth/box / hobby this is probably going to work fine. For outdoors / sports stuff where you need a rugged setup, i.e. you need your phone case, then I wouldn't use this.Don't get me wrong, it's pretty secure, but if you drop the whole assembly, your phone with it, you run the same or near-same risk as just not having a case on your phone.The angle mechanisms hold their position nicely, it's easy to set up and mount to a tripod, and all in all it was well worth the purchase for me.

The pictures of this product looked like it was well made, but I was a little skeptical when I placed my order. However, I'm kind of blown away by the quality of machining on this item for something that's under $30. it's fully machined from aluminum and even has stainless steel fasteners: much nice than I was expecting. more importantly, it functions very well too, there is good friction with the locking parts to hold a phone very securely with zero wiggle.note that the bottom "foot" piece is not exactly like it shows in the item listing. It's a square shape, not a rectangle. Reading the review, I was hopeful that it's compatible with the Peak Design capture plate. It's the right dimensions, but the pattern machined on the bottom of the holders' foot means it can only fit in the peak design capture plate in 1 direction. Not a huge problem, but it's not quite "fully compatible" For me, the build quality more than makes up for this minor issue.

I bought this to attach to a tripod for remote meetings. So I can place my light ring away from the camera and I don't have a light ring reflecting off of my glasses. It has proven its worth and versatility every time. It's infinitely adjustable and rock solid. It comes with an extra set of white/clear silicone phone protectors. Take care not to lose them. They REALLY make the difference between perfectly snug & too tight or too loose. The precise dials are reassuring. The rubber on the dials sometimes wiggle out of their grooves, and go back in place fine, but are less important. Hope this helps. For my use, I trust it.P.S. I've had too many other plastic spring loaded car phone holders, bike mount holders and selfie sticks with plastic and springs and they ALWAYS fail at some point.

Overall it feels like a solid mount. It is very versatile and can hold a variety of sizes of phones, and it is deeper than most holders. However, the base is the most concerning part. First of all, it is not as they show you in the image, with a solid, non moving base. Secondly, the "hinge", although smooth, does not have "stops" built in, so the weight of the phone alone will cause it to just keep falling - especially if you have an external mic or light attached to it. They supply an allen wrench to tighten it, but they are as tight as they go already, and the hex head bolt they use is made of soft metal, so it strips out really easily. I can't give any product that isn't as pictured higher than 2 stars, regardless of how overall decent it seems to be. Outside of that bottom hinge in my pictures, this thing is solid.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for one of these to attach my phone to my existing tripod but had purchased plastic ones before and they never last. This one is heavy duty metal and exactly what I was looking for. Adjustable to be able to hold any size phone (I attached my iPhone 11 Pro easily) and it holds it very well. Glad I found this one and stopped wasting my money on plastic. 10/10 would recommend

I really wanted to keep this. It's so beautifully styled and so well made. It's almost like a piece of art by itself. But, there's a design flaw..when in horizontal mode, the stand is about 1 inch too short...the knob hits the bottom or if you keep the knob side up, you lose use of the cold shoe. It's so beautiful I wanted to keep it despite it's flaws...but unfortunately it's not usable to me so it's going back.

Just received it 2 days ago and been using it since then. material is the best quality ever and the design is really good. using with different triplot already and have my s20 note on with cover on and works perfectly. best buy (have a plastic one is no even close to the quality of this one)

Not bad quality but very small. Cannot use it in horisontal position. Too small. Send it back but never got my money back.
