DNA MOTORING 3BL-FJC06-LED-BK-SM LED Third Tail Brake Light [For 07-14 FJ Cruiser]

First of all the item looks good and decent quality. Now to the difficult part.1. You need to trim/sand the connector to plug properly into the OEM harness. The plug on the light is not a correct fit2. After installation the light is not aligned properly. It doesn’t flush properly with the spoiler as the OEM one fits. The edges protrude out slightly. Not visually that obvious, but certainly to touch3. Needed to insert additional rubber mounting to fix the light straight as the mountings doesn’t align properlyInstallation time: 20-30 minutes due to all the modifications needed. If it was like OEM specifications/ dimensions the installation would have taken only less than 5 minutesRegardless of the fitment issues, I would recommend the item because it looks nice and has a decent output.

Requires cutting the plastic connector to fit the OEM plug,After installing you will notice 1%~3% it poped out from (1) side, not fits like original light,Still It's look very nice & Good lighting,

I had to shave a clip off my 07 to get the plug to connect. Personally I did not care about doing it but I don’t like how I bought it not knowing. 3 stars for ease on install due to this.

I really want this item on my FJ. That's why I figured the reviews explaining how it doesn't fit were maybe rare issues. Well, THE SOCKET ON THIS LIGHT DOESN'T FIT TO THE PLUG ON THE VEHICLE. Maybe someone needs to send the correct specs to China, we're it was made of course. Returned! 2010 Fj.Ok...I decided to keep it. Took me probably a good hour using a razor blade to trim the plastic down to get it to fit, risking if it would work and not being able to return it. Not what should have to happen with this at all. Be advised.
