2 Pack Pizzelle Vanilla Italian Waffle Cookie

On the top of the box if these pizzeles it says: Onky 23 calories per cookie!This is a good thing. If you are, like me, hooked on the subtle flavor of these vanilla cookies, you know that if they had more calories you and I would be gaining some serious poundage.I've tried pizzeles made by another company, but they were crumbly instead of crispy. They also lacked the delicate flavor of these wafers. I believe the taste results from the eggs in the recipe, because when I eat them I am reminded of chiffon and angel food cakesReko makes these pizzeles in other flavors such as anise, dulce de leche, lemon and chocolate. Unfortunately I have not found a vendor on Amazon who sells them by the box and not by the case. I'm not such a fan of the dulce de leche flavored and, while the chocolate ones are very good, I can take them or leave them. The kenon ones I enjoy, and the anise - the anise! - ones are just as habit forming as the vanilla ones, if not more so.

The cookies were amazing as always but the shipping was horrible. Every single cookie was broken into three or more pieces. Good thing they still tasted good.

My daughter loved these!! Some were broken but still delicious!! These just have the BEST flavor of any pizzelle cookies I have ever eaten - and that includes my sister's homemade pizzelle.

Love these but sure are costly. I wanted to try them just to see what they were like.
