Came packaged like it was nuclear waste. I have no complaints there.The product itself is also great. Tastes great, and works very well for certain recipes. Not much else to be said there. If you need this product, you already know what it's for.

classic fermented product
The lid is the way to go. Makes a meal out of your own month of rice. Is a possible chef product that I want in stock now. Need not refrigerate?
