I cut them into cubes and use them in recipes in place of meat. The flavor may take getting use to in the beginning and they taste better when you lightly fry them in a pan first. Try it on Fried Rice, Pasta dishes, Pizza topping, Taco Filling, etc. I like several flavors,. Organic, imported from Italy. The shelf life is pretty long, so I buy several logs at a time to save on shipping.

I am sorry but this product tastes horrible. It came early which is why I gave it 2 stars. For me, it was not edible. I threw it out after one bite. Others might like so give it a try and judge for yourself.

Wow! I really love this. I am a huge mushroom fan and have used this to make "burger" patties so far with onions, ketchup, and Just Mayo. The texture is great and the flavor is delicious. I plan on trying it as a sub with some Mariana sauce soon. I will be buying again.It did arrive in a roll for me as pictured.

It tasted good but it came in a can not the sausage roll depicted.
