Per the publisher, there is only one version of Kanban EV. The base game + upgrade pack makes the "KS Version"

Will there be the metal car add-on that can be purchased?

Will this fit on a 3.5x3.5 ft table for two players?

The main board and extra cars will just fit width wise. The extra wooden bits might have to go above or below the main board instead of next to it, but it should fit that size table comfortably for two players.
