Almost fine
Cork gasket: Awesome. I wouldn't recommend anything else for the 4L30E.Filter: Couldn't tell you. The metal casing over the plastic housing was misaligned so much that I couldn't install the mount screws through it. I was really bummed since I had needed to reuse my old filter on the new fluid for temporary use until I got another filter.
