Great product
Fantastic product. Worked really well during my India trip. The battery doesn't last longer. Have to frequently charge it every 3 hrs, other than that no complaints. speed is way better than traditional mobile hotspot sharing. overall really liked it.

Bought in Nov 2023, Battery was made in 2022.
The battery last half an hour, so to keep the router alive, I have to attach an external battery to supply the mobile router.

DANGEROUS! Battery swelled and got very hot while on (Next to impossible to get refund!)
At first, this little device worked as expected. But within the first week of charging it overnight and using it throughout the day with 2 tablets and 2 phones connected, I noticed that it was getting really hot. So hot that I could feel it against my body when it was inside my purse! I was afraid to use it in case it exploded and was corrosive.I contacted the seller through Amazon and they refused to send a replacement battery or issue a refund. I have been attempted to get my money back and ultimately had to file an A-Z guarantee. The seller required me to ship it back to them, which is not allowed. Then before they would get a label to me, they demanded the exact weight and dimensions of the box, which is 0.3oz so it’s so light that UPS said they will round up to 1lb because that’s their system’s minimum weight. Since that’s not the same, the seller has still not issued a label for me to send the device back.It’s absolutely insane how much effort I’ve had to put in to getting my money back for a defective product!!! This has been going on for over 6 months!

Works but heats up insanely/dangerously hot
The setup was easy and worked well. Battery life was weak and only lasted for around 4 hours. It would also get insanely hot randomly while in my handbag as if it was going to explode. I have never encountered that with similar huawei devices I have rented while traveling which was certainly alarming. There were also times when the device would go into sleep mode in a matter of seconds after being turned on and also when the wifi signal would drop all of a sudden. No big deal but just points to note.

Works well, but drain battery fast! Typically, it lasts 6 to 7 hours for me!
