Neighbours haven’t complained yet
I got a treadmill and thought I’d get these for under it as they’re thicker than a mat. I live in a flat and I’ve had them for about 2 months I think now and I haven’t heard a peep from my neighbour about the noise so they must be doing the job :)

Work really well great quality
Works perfectly as a shock absorber for treadmill. Be sure to measure the base of your treadmill to insure these will fit but highly recommend
