Mandala heaven
I looooooooooooove these books. I purchase volume 1 and 2. The paper is superb. The mandalas have a wide range of designs. The hard covers, front and back, are super useful. I use sharpies and they barely bleed. I'm very very happy with this purchases

My Favorite Coloring Book of All
This book has excellent paper quality. The pictures are all very interesting and so much fun to color. I prefer scenery to mandalas or other choices. This is my favorite book of all my many coloring books, I started coloring about two years ago and find it both creative and relaxing. Creative in that you have to choose your color choices so everything blends together into a nice picture. Most come out so nice you could frame them and hang them on a wall. I have posted a few of my finished pictures, I recommend this book highly.

Kudos to the artist, Terbit Nurcahya Basuki…..and the publishers. Job well done!
Finally….. a quality coloring book with the adult colorist in mind. It is pricey; however, I think the cost is worthwhile considering all the enjoyment that will be had by any mandala colorist addict. I love intricate designs, and I love mandalas. This book has it all. Here's why I think this is one of the best books in this category that I have found thus far.50 INTRICATE HAND-DRAWN MANDALA DESIGNS: Each mandala is well-defined with oodles of challenges for a steady hand and a bit of patience. While most of the designs are complex, there are some that must have been designed for those who prefer lesser intricacy.USER FRIENDLY SPIRAL BINDING: Because of the flexibility that the binding creates, this book will work equally well for either left-handed or right-handed colorists. It can easily be turned horizontally, vertically or catty-corner. No more fighting the opposing page, just turn it back and bingo, only one page in view at a time.PERFORATED PAGES: Page removal is quick, easy and smoothHARDBACK COVERS BOTH FRONT AND BACK: The hardcovers protect the illustrations, and enables one to do some lap coloring if a desk or table is not available. The coloring pages are 8.5 x 11 inches, with the covers just a smidge larger...for protection.BLOTTER PAGE: A blotter page is included. A serious colorist can never have too many of these indispensable items. Actually, there is little chance of bleed-through with this paper; HOWEVER, don't take chances. Be safe, use a blotter page.SUPER QUALITY PAPER: The complex illustrations are printed on white, heavy, smooth paper. They are not prejudicial and welcome any medium. I used some el cheapo gel pens, expensive colored pencils, mediocre markers and brush pens. I also used water color pencils with wet brushes. I did not have any bleed-through; however, my brush markers did rough the paper a tiny bit.FREEBIE COLORING PAGES: A web address for 10 bonus images can be fond on the blotter page. The only thing that I have a gripe about is the weight of the book. It is heavy; however, that is necessary because of the hardcovers and the weight of the coloring pages.

Perfect colouring book for me
High quality colouring book with gorgeous art. As all ColorIt books, it is spiral bound, printed single sided on thick bright white paper. The line art has just right amount of detail for me. The elements in pictures are big enough to do some shading with pencils, however if I don't want to, I can colour all elements with markers, and the picture will still look nice. The lines are of medium thickness done in bold black colour, so there is no trouble with staying within the lines.I would recommend this book to everyone enjoying nature themed pictures, whether beginners or advanced colourists. Also I highly recommend to watch YouTube video of all pages of this book, made very nicely and professionally by ColorIt.

Another winner for ColorIt Coloring Books for Adults.
Another winner for ColorIt Coloring Books for Adults. I also like that there is some diversity of scenes to choose from. Some represent lazy day lounging. Others make you want to pick up your binoculars and go birding while others encourage you to pack a picnic basket and invite your friends over. There are lots of birds, butterflies, rabbits, squirrels, cats, dogs, cacti, veggies, flowers, ice cream sundaes and cupcakes that make for a potpourri of coloring options.KUDOS:The construction of this book, alone, makes it a great buy. The spiral binding makes for comfort in coloring. One can turn the book in any direction to make for at ease coloring. The drawings are printed, one per page, on thick, white, smooth paper which is perforated at the top.Gel pens work really well for many of the finely detailed spaces. Markers and brush pens are fun for the wider spaces. Most any media works o.k; however, some colored pencils, especially hard core ones, do not blend really well. Wet markers, gel pens, water color pencils with water brushes leave nice bold colors. The wet brushes over the water color pencils do cause initial puckering of the paper on the back side; however, the paper becomes smooth again when dry. Soft core colored pencils blend well, but some may be easily smeared such as Prismacolor Premier. Most of the smears can be fairly easily removed with a quality fine point eraser. Most illustrations are vertically placed on the page; however, a few are horizontal. Some designs completely fill the page, but others are centered on the page with borderless space surrounding the image.Lines are bold, narrow and well-defined. (.5-1mm in width)Most illustrations have a lot of detail; however, none are especially difficult. The detail makes for a lovely finished work of art.The covers, front and back, are stiff, sturdy cardboard which protects the inside pages. It also allows one to color when a hard surface is not available. Try taking this book to a Drs. Office waiting room and do some lap coloring. Discover the many conversation topics that you may incur!GRUMPS:The cover picture is not included. The animals seem too “little kid” looking to me. I would prefer more detail to their bodies; however, other colorists may appreciate the simplicity.CONCLUSION: I think inexperienced, as well as more advanced, colorists would enjoy this book because there are challenges for both with opportunities to use a variety of coloring tools.
