Gave me awful gas first two nights...
The predict smelled great upon opening. The oils are easy to swallow. The first two days it gave me terrible gas, but after that it's all good. I don't notice a difference yet, but it's been three days. Will update at the end of the month.

Great List Of Ingredients - No Side effects
My daughter has been taking this to see if it helps clear up some stomach issues she has been having for about a year. I suspect they may have started with some extended taking of antibiotic because of dental work. I do know that antibiotics can cause Candida and upset the natural bacteria found in the stomach. I researched the ingredients before giving these to her and was impressed with the validity of the "natural" line up. Unfortunately, she started taking quire a few other things at the same time so I cant so for sure if these were the what helped (thus the 4 star rating). However, she is getting better and never had any bad side effects sometimes associated even with herbal supplements. Definitely worth a try!
