Excellent value for money - great little device
Bought the refurbished 4K version - works well, like new. Great value compared to the original price (which often isn't too expensive either on Prime days etc).Great device if you have Prime and the TV isn't near an aerial/satellite box. Also very useful on the move (hotels etc.) if you want to watch any Prime video (or other app) content.Only issue with the 4K version is that on some TVs the HDMI mini extender cable gives a pixellated image - works fine when plugged directly into the TV though.

Great unit, simple to install & use.
Already got the Firebox so this was for the kids' room. Easy to install, setup & use. Set up a new profile for them & ready to go in less that 10 mins. All major apps catered for. 'Love the new interface as well.

Works well
Although I'm still annoyed I've had to buy this to replace the last one which was JUST put of the 1 year warranty, it works well, packaged well, no issues. There should be at least 2 years warranty though seeing as the remotes are useless after a short while too. Always break. And the upstairs TV stick is now starting to act up and the remote doesn't work at all....again. So yet again will have to replace.

Unrecognised USB
Product works fine but when I plugged in the USB cable that was included it said target it wasn't a recognised USB.

Brilliant!
Works perfectly and so easy to set up. My TV is fairly new but rubbish as it doesn't pick up wifi, even with an ethernet cable. I gave up then someone recommended getting a firestick. I got this and it has opened a whole new world.

What can I say - between us and mum next door we have three and two Alexa devices
What a brilliant product. Haven't had a TV licence for 5 years, stream everything and don't miss live TV or the BBC at all. Wouldn't think about going back.Having said that the ads are getting more invasive as time goes on but nowhere near as bad as the non BBC live TV channels. Our plan is to stick with it and go to subscription only channels when it gets too bad but until then they're really good its of kit especially with Amazon Prime.

Very responsive and doesn't lose WiFi connection.
This was a replacement, it is very good and works well. It makes our analogue TV into a smart TV for a fraction of the price . Wish we had updated a while ago as this fire stick.is much quicker and doesn't lose wifi connection like the previous one.
