The Van Air Systems 46-2529 dew point meter is designed to monitor the moisture content of compressed air systems. The simple digital display provides plant personnel with a quick visual indication of compressed air quality. The 4-20 mA output signal allows for remote performance monitoring, with an adjustable alarm set point for alerting operators of high moisture levels in compressed air lines. The 46-2529 can be easily mounted to any flat horizontal or vertical surface. Supply 115V power and attach a compressed air sample at the panel's ¼" connection. Sample pressure should be no higher than 150 PSIG. Use nylon or stainless sample tubing, not copper.The 46-2529 dew point meter is commonly used to monitor the performance of desiccant air dryers in power plants, process industries, laboratories, and other settings with critical compressed air quality requirements.
