Easy to swallow with no real taste. However, as ever with tablet supplements, one capsule isn't one serving and you will soon have to reorder. Handy if you want to see if citrulline gives you any benefits, but not ideal for cost-effective supplementation. I've switched back to powdered form from a trustworthy supplier.

Working well

I’ve used loads of different pretraining products and nothing has been like this one. I actually bought it to improve my circulation as it’s poor but it aided me to train so much as well. I got energy like I’ve not experienced before! Highly recommend to try particularly to those with poor circulation and fatigue.

Time will tell how it affects me but, on the plus side, no adverse effects!

Actual L-citrulline is tasteless as stated in reputable studies. The powder inside this capsule is very sour. What else is very sour and tastes exactly like it? Citrulline Malate, which is nearly half actual citrulline and half malate. It's also cheaper.I bought this specifically because it said it was pure L-citrulline which is harder to find vs citrulline malate.
