Check the expiry date!!
The product per se isn't bad at all. But I'm giving 1 star to the seller for their attitude when letting them know about the short expiry date. I've purchased a 30 sachets pack at the end of November and the product expires 5.01.22, just a month after. This is not a prescription that MUST be taken daily, therefore I can have it every other day or when I need it; I will be away over the holidays so I'll return home to an expired product! I usually take another liposomal vitamin C but wanted to try this one as it was cheaper - taste is okish but I guess it does the job. I won't be buying it again anyway because of the arrogance of the seller when I made them aware of that - the reply was " We do ensure that a product will last the amount of time that they were designed for, before we remove the stock. If you had ordered 2 boxes, you are always welcome to return them to us for free". Really?! What a favour, I'm astonished!! Return for free.... wow.So, just check the date before you start using the product!

EXPENSIVE BUT GOOD QUALTY VITAMIN C
Vitamin C is probably the most important vitamin you can buy since it is the most effective in removing oxidants that are produced AS A RESULT OF EXERCISE AND CHECMIAL REACTIONS IN THE BODY. I would categorically state that people that are sedentary lifestyle workers or not VERY VERY prone to illnesses that attack the immune system, then I would advise you that this is not NECESSARY.Liposomal vitamin C is mainly for people who need to have more efficient waste removal from the body and this is not people who sit down all day. You should not pay extra money for vitamin C unless it is for a good reason. If you are training daily for olympics or finally getting into shape after this shambles of a pandemic then you can use this wisely and use daily and your recovery from training will be massively sped up.Use that 30 day supply, do not miss a day aside from Sunday and make it last 4 days more. The half life on vit c is less than a day so do not waste it on a NON training day when you have had a NON training day prior to this. The taste is that classic sour orange we all know and hate or love

premium price for adding liposomes
so ive tried some other supplements from this brand and have to say that they do exude a certain premium quality with the packaging and marketing.Trying this version of vit C with the liposomes, to shield, protect and deliver the Vitamin C directly to your cells. sounded like a good idea and would deliver the goodness to my system in a more efficient wayBut with plastic waste now becoming an issue especially with single use plastics, I feel a little uncomfortable adding to the problemI also am not a fan of the aftertaste it leaves and need to have a drink to cleanse my palate afterwardsIs it doing me more good with my hair/skin etc than using normal biotins or vit C? to be honest I don't knowI would need to have a bunch of tests to see if its better than the more basic brandsThe other thing that's causing me to hesitate in getting these again is the cost. This is almost £10 more than some of the more premium brands I normally get.Is it worth it? that's down to if you think liposomes will get your system in tip top shape faster than other kinds of supplement

Expensive.
Having read some online research of the thinking behind liposome-coated vitamin C I can see why some people might think it worth using. But the cost puts it out of the running for me. I haven't been able to determine whether this form of the vitamin is any more effective than the common variety of tablet. If I thought I needed more then I'd just take another tablet each day at a lower price. This product supplies the vitamin in liquid form inside plastic sachets which aren't a really ecologically sustainable form of packaging when tablets usually come in just one bottle, often glass. The liquid tastes OK and goes down easily. My wife regarded this product as a possible emergency boost for when a cold strikes - I think she's right but the cost doesn't justify it for me.

Great Quality Liposomal Vitamin
For a 30 day supply with a pouch foreeach day this high strength vitamin C formula works out to pretty good value per dose with each serving providing the equivalent of a 1000mg tablet, so it's a great way to get some if you don't like to take tablets but also a better way for more direct absorption. I've taken vitamin C daily for years for it's many benefits and especially because it's so good for promoting healthy skin, so it's a vitamin I take religiously and am confident about supplementing with and the benefits I feel from taking it.
