Air Purifier

I am a mobile worker and was researching portable air purifiers during the Omicron variant surge. I was confused and overwhelmed by all the reviews for other less known brands and shocked at the price point for the more well known brands and this Munchkin was a perfect balance in between. It’s super light, easy to use, and performs all the tasks it’s intended to do. It fits in my car cup holder for on the road protection, as well as staying balanced on tables when visiting my clients residence. The battery does take a long time to charge once it’s completely used, but it also lasts a very long time when charged. It’s super quiet, you would not know it’s there, and the air quality sensor indicating lights are accurate, helpful, and at the same time, not overwhelmingly bright that you noticed them at night when you’re trying to go to sleep. I wish it came with a little traveling cushioned protector and the purifier itself had a handle, but again, with all the mixed reviews of others, high price points, and unauthentic counterfeits of everything under the sun, I felt confident with this purchase.

I was looking for a small, easily portable air filtration system with true HEPA to add protection at jazz clubs. This device is the size of a tall soda can, very light, and is almost totally silent on the low setting. I've placed it in front of me at a few jazz concerts in the short time I've had it, and it made me feel a bit more protected while not interfering at all with the music. It's small and certainly won't clean the whole room, but if it can unobtrusively purify the air right around me, it would add a reassuring margin of safety to my mask-wearing. Very very very quiet on the lowest setting - you really don't hear it! The higher settings are noisier and not for music venues, but when I resume air travel, this'll be on my tray table...

I was able to use this for one day in my car when the wildfire smoke was bad and it definitely seemed to help. It does not move a ton of air as it is the size of a portable coffee container, one should never expect much air displacement from something so small, let alone run through a filter on batteries. I've found turning it on and off a little frustrating as it doesn't seem to respond the quickest. You definitely want to keep this thing UPRIGHT. It will work on its side but not very well. Over all it did its job and was cheap. I've been using it in other situations just to test the fan and it seems to be taking my abuse pretty well.

I do a lot of food delivery with UberEats/doordash/Grubhub. One order will be large pizza pie and the next will be Chinese. So at the end of my shift my car would smell like Epcot. Not anymore! I love it. I turn it on the beginning of my shift and leave it on. It has sensor that can tell if odors/Pollutants are in the air. It will adjust the fan speed on its one. I love it. It can run on its own for about 8-10 hrs straight depending on fan speed. It’s a great investment to get rid of odors.

All in all a great little unit for a car or small space. My only thoughts are I could not get the light to turn off...annoying at night or while driving and the colors for checking air quality do not light up as they are supposed to as per the manual. Been about 2 months and the unit has died....will not charge. Wasted money on this one.

This is the best portable personal air purifier that I've found so far. It cost more than some others of its size but it's worth it. I have several different kinds and this one has great air intake and output compared to others and it is quieter. I take this to work. It's a good little hepa air purifier.

I tested 3 different portable purifiers from Amazon. 2 of them were half the price of this one. But this one had the most airflow at the highest setting. I got about 4ish hours at the highest setting. Does it actually purify the air? I'm not sure how to measure that - but it definitely has the most air power.

My dad has breathing issues, so he needs to take this when he is going somewhere. He said it has helped him greatly. I recommended this one because Munchkin is well known for their baby products and if they can handle the most fragile of life, then I trust them.

I am dissatisfied with this product. Within thr first few uses it developed a clunking sound internally like something had been dislodged internally. I’ve returned the item within the returns window and am still waiting on a response and refund 3 months later. I’ve not had any success trying to contact the company or Amazon returns to rectify the issue. Please contact me asap to resolve. Thanks.
