Poor
It was really dissapointing, doesn't work as advertised, stays wet so with a puppy it is basically not useable, it already in the bin..

It's ok, not the best
The quality of the fake grass is not great, it sheds ALOT, my puppy occasionally used it but if I am looking solely at the product on it's own I would say it's not the best. I put puppy pads underneath the grass to absorb the pee otherwise its really hard to tip the pee out and I think it keeps it a little bit cleaner. Overall, it hasn't affected my puppy in terms of toilet training so therefore it wasn't worth it for me.

DONT BUY THIS ... its defective poorly designed, falls to bits makes an absolute mess! Just not fit for its purpose!
If only I could rate it ZERO stars!!!

Good For Training but Extremely Smelly and Hard to Clean
Good product to teach a puppy to get used to going in one spot, however it becomes extremely smelly within about a week. The grass portion has a mesh bottom that is very thick, so the pee doesn’t drain out completely. We started off washing it once a day and then even began washing after every use, but the smell just wouldn’t go away- very good to get your puppy used to going in that certain spot, but the smell spreads and gets unbearable very quickly. We gave up on using the grass after a bit and just used the black tray, but that broke/developed a leak and the smell was just as bad, because pee was getting underneath the tray and staying on the floor unnoticed. The pad also proved to be a bit small, as sometimes our puppy (5lbs) would end up missing the tray after circling to find an appropriate spot to go.Would recommend as a training tool (super smelly so good to get a dog used to going in that specific spot), but not as a long term solution. The smell gets very bad even with regular cleaning, and all of the replacement grass options we tried from hardware stores or online, had the same thick mesh which would prevent proper draining. Definitely not good if you don’t have proper airflow in the area where it will be placed- stick with pee pads!
