set up for wifi and app install for your android is really easy! however the cms platform for windows 10 seems unfinished (it has to be started up in administration mode each time) the picture is super clear and it is zoomable but to a point (can't zoom on pc program, only mobile). I'm frustrated with the cms and am still trying to figure this out so that I can record from my computer, the mobile app doesn't allow you to record and there is no sd insert in camera which I was already aware of!update: you gotta make sure you follow directions.. the CMS platform (DeviceViewer) you have to right click on it and hit run administrator.. bam all the unfinished buttons operate correctly, my only complaint now is the complexity to schedule recording times.. I must say though after 5 or 6 times it took me just to get the camera to show up on the device viewer.. I have to admit that the instructions via downloaded (not the cheesy one it comes with) makes it fairly easy set up. I'm giving it a 4 star simply because it is still a little complex to get used to if not tech savy.UPDATE: Since the last DeviceViewer update cameras constantly keep blacking out, I pull up on my android app and they're working fine.. this is very frustrating because the whole purpose for the pc program is to record when I'm not home. I've had to delete and reinstall cameras to get them to function properly (half the time the DeviceViewer cannot find the cameras), but after this 3rd time of same issue we've decided to spend a little extra money and get something more reliable.

Not a bad picture for the price. The setup for Android or IPhone was quick and easy and the the picture looks good. The only issue I had was the setup for to access the camera from my PC. Poor instructions, hard to install correctly use software and IU spen several days trying different version but could not connect.

Did I get the wrong product? The video/picture quality looks nothing like what other reviewers have been posting--then again, those customers did receive the product for a review, so maybe they got a different version? You get what you pay for, I guess. The picture and video is in black and white and a person's features are not very clear on this camera. I had no issues hooking it up to my wifi, but I haven't been able to test out how easily accessible it is outside of the house. The motion detection alarm does not work unless you have the camera app up on your phone and you click on a tab where it shows you 'alerts'. There is no push notification, as it claims. I feel a little duped seeing the other people's experiences on this product while mine is vastly different.

Item works wel.l only having a little problem with the Wi-Fi and I think that has to do with my internet speed, still working on that

Wireless INSECURITY camera would be a better description of this product. It opens several holes via UPnP, has a HARDCODED root password of 123456 ***and*** no way to disable the "cloud" features which connect to IPs in China and Turkey. After a few days it started locking up requiring to be power cycled to actually stream video from. I would recommend avoiding these, unless you're totally OK with inviting others into your network AND it's going in an already public location. Anyone on the internet can find and view this camera in its default configuration, even if you change the password on it! I also noticed a *lot* of spoofed IP traffic from this device being dropped at my firewall; the scary part is that the IPs it was trying to use belong to Dept of Defense netblocks.. I'd steer well clear over this.. At very least, segregate it to its own private network without internet access...

Easy setup and great picture.

I don't like the fact that you have to access it though their software and not the browser.
