I've been using it for about 3 weeks. My hot flashes have greatly decreased!

I purchased the roll on version of this oil and have been very pleased with it, so I decided to buy a bottle. It smells very good (if you like strong floral scents) and it works so well to help relive menstrual symptoms. I have been pleased with Plant Therapy essential oils in general and find them to be of a high quality.

The products by this company are high quality. This does what it says it is supposed to do.

I expected this blend to have a sweet, flowery aroma, since the title says it is a "blend of: Clary Sage, Jasmine, Rose, Ylang Ylang, Neroli, Geranium and Lavender". I was really surprised that once I smelled it, I didn't not like it much! It simply reminded me of a Petitgrain essential oil. For me, Petitgrain has a bitter, grassy undertone; and it is a very strong scent, so it is not surprising that all other oils are almost undetectable in this blend. Once I checked the label, my suspicion was confirmed - Petitgrain is one of the ingredients, as well as Palmarosa. So check the picture of the actual label to confirm the ingredients and decide if that blend is for you.The synergy blend is not that bad by itself, it's just that I expected it to have a different scent.....more flowery than grassy. In my opinion, it would have been much better without Petitgrain, and maybe Palmarosa.

Like all of Plant Therapy’s oils, this one is awesome. I bought it for my teenage daughter who has horrible PMS. I made a diluted roller for her and she said it helped her cramps.

My wife loves this mixture of oils, it is a nice harmonic blend that goes well together and is much easier than doing it yourself.

My new favorite. I love the scent (a little potent at 3-5 drops; I prefer 2-3 in the diffuser).

Great addition to a bath during that lovely time of the month. Good at mood stabilizing and relaxing tight muscles.
