Ordered this and pleased when came, especially to find that it was well packaged!Sadly, one of the elephants has a mark on the top which you can’t ignore so needs to be returned!Surely some quality control needs to be done before sending goods out, as to return this is just a waste of my time and inconvenient.Not great!

Lovely product, arrived damaged.
Really nice product, real shame that it arrived broken (largest elephant in 2 bits). Very surprised that outer packaging is not marked fragile!! Inner packaging not tight enough around product to stop movement although suspect it was dropped (hence marking it fragile would really help). Returned for refund and will re-order in the hope that this time the package is handled a bit more gently.

Worth the money
I bought these porcelain elephants for my friend birthday and she loved them. They are very cute and elegant the same as the box which they were in! Perfect as a gift.Very happy with the purchase.
