Saves my neck!
This headset telephone works great and has many features. The headset is very comfortable and stable. The sound was clear and the volume is adjustable. I was very happy to see that it has caller ID! Allot of them don't. I find it very helpful when I have to be on a long call because I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and can't hold up a phone for very long. I was given a discount for this review, but I always give an honest one because I rely heavily on reviews when I shop.
