Q: What is the shelf life once open?

The sesame and flax oils typically last 12 to 18 months. The MCT lasts for a few years and also helps extend the shelf life of the other oils by about a year. It is important to note we mean shelf life before any of the oil starts to go rancid. Even after that though it is still good for high heat seasoning by oven method as it will still polymerize at that stage.

Q: Why not just cook something .. ?? gee

Gee is great to cook with But you need to Season the pan and build up that smith none stick surface. Three to for times on a new cast iron skillet will work just fine. Now try the Gee and watch it work ! Sweet 😊

Q: There's not one review for using this on an outdoor griddle, will it work on Blackstone or any other type?

Hi Rodney we have used it on all types of Griddles and flat top grills while working on tweaking the product, we have also had great results using it on BBQ grills and our campfire grills we take camping. My son-in-law swears by it for his blackstone, he sprays a little and rubs it in before and after each use. For flat top gill maintenance of the cooking surface, we recommend spraying on a light amount and rubbing it dry with a paper towel before and after each use.

Q: Can this be used on a Blackstone Griddle?

It should. Treat the griddle the same way you would a cast iron or carbon steel pan. It will just use up more of the oil.
