Does not work with my MacBook Air...useless.

Not reading blu ray discs for burning..
I just bought this drive this year. It has stopped reading blu ray discs for burning. The drive came with a program called power2go (burning software) when I put in a blank blu ray it sees it... says it's 25 gig... well more like 23.5 and that it is blank. When I try to burn data to the blank disc it says this drive isn't compatible with this disc type... insert (various dvd types here) I called ASUS and NO ONE could help me. It is very hard for me to understand the india accent..I'm 59 and hard of hearing. Years ago it was so easy to call ASUS and be talking to someone in a few min. The tech support is horrible now..I only hope ASUS will replace this drive..
