This light works fine, but be prepared to bypass (rewire) if your ballast is not compatible.
I purchased the 3 bulb version recently. When I put them in the fixture the bulbs began blinking after about 30-45 seconds.After researching the issue, I found that the problem was that the ballast was not compatible.But I also found out that LED lights generally do not need a ballast.I rewired the light fixture to bypass the ballast and Voila! it now works fine.This light now works fine, but be prepared to rewire if your ballast is not compatible.

Fine T8 replacement
This LED T8 tube works just as claimed. Though claimed to work with the existing T8 ballast still connected, I removed the ballast and wired 120 volts directly to the two ends of the lamp. (Why leave an electronic ballast in place dissipating several watts of wasted energy?) The warm white is pleasing, same as the fluorescent tube it replaced.

Doesn't work
I was excited to get these because it's impossible to find 36 inch LED tubes at my local Home Depot or Lowes. I installed these in a fully functioning 4 tube fixture, with the appropriate T8 tombstones and electronic ballasts. Unfortunately, two never lit at all, and the other two merely flickered. My attempt to reposition the tubes did not improve the performance at all.
